How do I start onboarding as an institutional user?

To start using your institutional account, you have to verify your identity and complete the Know Your Business (KYB) requirements with us. This is required in order to keep your account and assets secure.

The verification process ensures our exchange is safe and prevents fraud from taking place, alongside other illegal activities. You can trade, deposit and make withdrawals after you've completed your identity verification.

Getting started

  1. Log in to your account and head over to the verification page. Find out how you can register an account here

  2. Proceed to hover on the profile menu and select Verification

  3. Once you're on the page, find Institutional verification and select the Verify institution option
    Note: the Institutional verification process is only available on the Web platform.

Based on my company or institution type, what verification steps do I need to complete?

Can a corporate account change its authorized account user?

Yes. To change the authorized account user, you’ll need to provide a new authorization letter along with the required documents of the newly authorized person, including a valid identity document and proof of residential address.Once submitted, our team will review the information as soon as possible. The review result will be sent to the email address linked to the account. Please check your inbox for updates.

Can I cancel individual verification and switch to corporate verification?

No. Once identity verification is completed, it can't be canceled or changed.Accounts that have already completed individual verification can’t be converted to corporate verification. If you need to complete corporate verification, we recommend creating a new account and applying for corporate verification separately.

How many accounts can a company register?

According to our User Agreement, each individual or corporate entity is allowed to register only one account.This policy is in place to ensure fairness and platform security. If the rule is violated, the platform may suspend or terminate services in accordance with the agreement. If you need further clarification, please contact customer support.

Do I need to provide a supplemental confirmation letter in PDF format?

If you’re instructed to submit a supplemental confirmation letter in PDF format, please follow the instruction accordingly.You may scan a physical document or convert it into a PDF file, then upload it through the specified channel. This helps ensure document clarity and completeness for compliance review.
