How do new users claim and activate crypto gifts?

If you are claiming and activating a crypto gift for the first time via the OKX App, please register an OKX account and download the OKX App by following the steps below.

Steps to claim and activate crypto gifts

1. Claim a crypto gifts and sign up an account

iOS Devices

Using an iPhone as an example, tap on the Crypto Gifts Link that sent to you by someone else > enter your email address > select claim crypto gifts > download OKX App > open the App > Sign up and complete the account registration according on-screen instruction.

Android Devices

If you are using an Android device, you can refer to the article: How to download OKX app on Andriod phones? for a tutorial. Simply copy the link in the article into your browser to open it, then complete the download and installation.

2. Complete identity verification

After completed the registration, tap Open gifts > Verify verification on the Home page, and follow the instructions on the page to complete identity verification. Your identity verification will be reviewed within 24 hours, and the final result will be displayed on the page.

3. Activate Crypto Gifts

After completing identity verification, go to the Home and select the Crypto gifts card > Received > Open Crypto gifts to activate and receive your crypto gifts.

4. Share this moment

On the Crypto Gifts page, select Share This Moment > Save to save the card with your crypto gifts, or select Other Social Media options to share this moment with invitees.

5. View claim details

You can return to the Home page and select Assets > History > Assets to view your crypto gifts claim records.

Notes

  1. This campaign is only available to users in the Chinese region. The specific applicable scope is subject to the information displayed on the page.

  2. If the crypto gifts is not registered within 48 hours, it will automatically expire and you will not be able to claim the crypto gifts.

  3. You need to complete identity verification before you can register the crypto gifts and claim the corresponding crypto gifts.
