Ocean Community Tokens are — and always have been — the property of Ocean Expeditions, not the ASI Alliance.
Let’s clear the air 👇
✅ OceanDAO (now Ocean Expeditions) is an independent entity, not a party to the ASI Alliance Token Merger Agreement.
✅ The Ocean community treasury is securely held under a legal trust in the Cayman Islands — for the benefit of the Ocean community.
✅ Any claims of “stolen” tokens are false, misleading, and libelous.
✅ still has a legal obligation to deposit the remaining 110.9M $FET into the $OCEAN:$FET bridge — an action that remains unfulfilled.
🔹 Ocean Expeditions owes no obligations to the ASI Alliance.
🔹 The $FET tokens in question are safe and held for the community.
