Derogatory Content Regarding Regulators: This includes content that attacks or insults regulatory bodies or officials.
Legal Advice or Opinion: This includes content that provides legal commentary or speculation about laws, regulations, or litigation. We are not a law firm, and users should consult with a qualified professional for legal advice.
Financial or Investment Advice or Shilling: This includes content that promotes a specific cryptocurrency token in a misleading or deceptive way, or that creates unrealistic expectations about its price appreciation.
Misrepresentation of Risk: This includes content that suggests cryptocurrency is risk-free. Cryptocurrency is a volatile asset class and users should be aware of the potential risks before investing.
TradFi Comparisons: This includes content that directly compares OKX products to traditional finance (TradFi) products.
Competitor Derogatory Content: This includes content that attacks or insults competitor products or services.
Promoting Crypto as Payment Method: This includes content that promotes cryptocurrency as a mainstream payment method or an alternative to fiat currency. Regulations regarding cryptocurrency use for payments vary by region.
Unlawful Activity: Users may not engage in or facilitate any unlawful activity.
